Carrying the theme “Local Roots, World-Class,” this year’s Cebu Food & Wine Festival runs from June 6 to 27, transforming Cebu and Mactan into a culinary destination through a curated lineup of immersive dining experiences, chef collaborations, wine-pairing dinners, and exclusive pocket events hosted across premier hotels and restaurants.

Festival organizers emphasized that Cebu Food & Wine Festival 2026 goes beyond exceptional dining experiences. It also highlights Cebu’s growing reputation as a leading culinary and tourism destination in the Philippines — one capable of delivering globally competitive gastronomy while remaining deeply rooted in local culture.

Through events staged across Cebu and Mactan’s top dining destinations, guests are invited to explore the island’s rich food heritage, evolving restaurant scene, and internationally recognized hospitality industry.

The festival also shines a spotlight on Cebuano ingredients, local farmers, producers, artisans, and homegrown culinary talents whose contributions continue to shape the region’s dynamic food culture. Organizers shared that strengthening partnerships between chefs, restaurateurs, tourism stakeholders, and local suppliers remains a central goal of the festival.

Beyond the dining tables, festival-goers can also look forward to curated experiences designed to celebrate culture, community, and connection — turning every event into more than just a meal, but a shared celebration of flavors and stories.

Organizers expressed optimism that this year’s edition will further elevate Cebu’s standing on both the national and international culinary map.

“With every chef, every dish, and every experience, we want to showcase Cebu’s ability to deliver world-class culinary excellence while staying true to our local roots,” organizers shared during the launch.
