This year’s theme, “Create Your Home Story,” aims to elevate the journey to homeownership with exciting perks and same-day home loan programs, made possible in partnership with the country’s top financial institutions.
Now in its fifth year, CLI Homefest is a home fair designed to make homebuying easy and attainable. This multi-city event will roll out across key growth centers in VisMin, beginning in Cebu City on April 17-18, 2026, followed by Dumaguete City on April 25, Davao City on May 8-9, Ormoc City on May 23, Cagayan de Oro City on June 6, and Iloilo City on June 20.
