Stein and Gabel officially announced its grand opening on December 5, 2025, bringing a fresh perspective to the culinary landscape of Capitol Site. Located on the ground level of The New KASA Boutique Hotel, the bistro aims to become Cebu’s newest community hub where creativity, culture, and cuisine collide.
Curated by renowned Chef Roy Aguirre Meñoria, Stein and Gabel offers a modern take on comfort dining. The menu is designed to pair seamlessly with a selection of draft beers, featuring a special collaboration with local favorite Bisaya Brew to highlight authentic Visayan craft flavors.
